Complex aromas of ripe plum, forest floor, black truffle, barrel toast and fireplace embers lead to a silky rich mouthfeel with ripe cherry and red plum flavors over cured meat and dark toasted oak. Acidity plays on the palate the whole time but appears more on the finish with a touch of fine tannins and a kiss of espresso.
