Chablis

  • The most prestigious Premier Cru. A racy, elegant wine with beautiful minerality, offering delicate notes of white blossom and orchard fruit.

  • Both fresh and fruity nose, flinty minerality, citrus fruits but also fresh fruit notes like pear and green apple. On the palate, these aromas keep their freshness with a lasting floral dominancy.

  • A yellow color with green highlights. A fruity bouquet both expressive and reminiscent of white fruit (peaches) supported with mineral notes. The palate is fresh and superbly balanced between fat and acidity. The finish is mineral and gourmand.

  • It is a robust white wine. Olfactorily, it is commanding, exuding scents of exotic fruits, rosemary, and white-fleshed fruit. On the palate, it is velvety and vibrant, adorned with mineral undertones and citrusy hints (lemon). It concludes with a protracted finish.

Meursault

  • Quite intense and rich fragrances of ripe fruits and toasted bread. The flavors are rich, powerful, very smooth at the beginning ending very nicely, long persistency.

Chassagne-Montrachet

  • Pale gold color. Beautifully intense, its fresh and elegant nose, finely buttery, reveals lemony notes. On the palate, great richness and smoothness, notes of yellow fruit and citrus. A delicious finish with a subtle saline note.

Pouilly-Fuissé

  • The wine offers aromas of ripe tropical fruit, citrus, and mineral notes. It has a soft toasted character and a complex palate with flavors of toasted nuts and citrus.

  • This wine has aromas of fresh red apples, honey and white flowers with elegant and rich flavors of toasted nuts and citrus. 90+ rated!

Burgundy

  • Subtle chalkiness to the nose, grounded by a core of white peach, apple and clementine aromas and flavors. The medium-weight palate is round and ripe in feel, with a slight lime-rind pithiness that hangs around on the close.

  • Clear yellow color. Fresh and elegant aromas of white flowers, lime and hazelnut. Beautiful acidity balanced with some toasty and dry fruits notes.

United States - California

OAK KNOLL DISTRICT - Napa Valley

  • Initial aromas display classic notes of citrus and pineapple, as well as the other tropical fruits that are a hallmark of this wine. There is also a fragrant, dried apple note, along with fresh pastry dough, lemon curd and dried sage. Spice and toast from the barrel aging come through in the aroma and the flavor of the wine. This Chardonnay is rich and viscous on the palate, with flavors of citrus, marmalade and apricot that lead to a full, lingering finish. Rated 93 points!

Napa Valley

  • The 2020 Chardonnay George Menini Estate is the first iteration of this single-vineyard wine from Paul Hobbs, from a vineyard that he recently purchased. Previously an apple orchard, it was planted to 39 acres of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in 2015. A layered and dense chardonnay with sliced cooked apple and a touch of lemon rind. Floral with honey blossom. Hints of flint. Medium to full body. Fresh and creamy texture. Flavorful with a long finish. Rated 97 Points!
